He hosts his own podcast, the popular Scale Up Your Business podcast and is the co-founder of The Fielding Group, a growth accelerator that helps companies improve their business performance. Nick has an interesting background in that he worked for what some might call the dark side of business, private equity. He led turnarounds, mergers and acquisitions and scale-ups before deciding that he wanted to use that knowledge to help founders and entrepreneurs.
