My guest Gabriella Mlitchel creates seed hearts - small heart shaped tokens made from wildflower seeds and ashes from your loved one's. This allows grieving individuals to plant a tribute in memory of a loved one or beloved pet. These symbolic acts help nurture continuing bonds and offer a gentle way to process loss.
