Ep. 16 "I'm always going to go after whatever I want in life" - with Spence Hartnett

On today’s episode I caught up with Spence Hartnett. I want to start by providing a trigger warning for the content of this episode. Within this interview we’ll be discussing important but sensitive topics of depression and suicidal ideation. Spence was willing to sit down and talk about all aspects of this life from his career in video game design to his struggles in his mental health. I understand this can be a sensitive topic for listeners, that being said Spence and I both believe in trying to create a space where tough topics can be shared and we can provide support for each other. I also want to highlight the fact that this episode about Spence is about so much more than just his mental health struggles.
