Do you believe Self-care can be free? Do you prioritize yourself? These are a few things I talk about in this potty talk episode.  These episodes will be shorter than normal so you can listen to them while you go to the bathroom, do your hair, make lunch, work in the office, get your nails done.  They are meant to be a play on words of having no time to yourself other than when you go to the bathroom & a little language from me every once in awhile.  I want to be real and authentic as myself and sometimes I throw a few choice words out there.  So not always, but these 'potty talk' episodes might have some foul language...just an FYI!
