This is the deepest public share I've ever done but the more I practice vulnerability the more I uncover my authenticity. This is who I am and this is what this journey has led me to.In this episode I talk about completely losing myself, moving through crippling fear & limiting thoughts, asking deep honest questions, surrendering and trust, letting go of control, confronting all the doubts, the insecurities, the limitations, sharing vulnerably from your heart, forming your own truth, and shining your light.
