The federal government's SDA funding is provided to participants who require a specialist dwelling that reduces their need for person-to-person supports.  ​The Federal Government has committed funding of $700 million per year to SDA for 20 years. It was rolled out in Western Australia in 2018 after an initial launch on the East Coast.  So what is the SDA opportunity for investors?
