A year can go by so fast and so slowly at the same time. It's been a year since my PMDD diagnosis and giving up our dream of having children with infertility. It's been rough and I've learned a lot, changed a lot, and have definitely cried a lot. Dealing with a new type of grief has been humbling and lonely, but the life I've started creating for myself and my family has been a blessing.
