Ep. 160 - Steps To Improving Mental Health | Simon Rinne and Bryan Ward

from Dad Up Podcast · host Bryan Ward

Simon Rinne is a husband and father of 2 from Queensland's Sunshine Coast. He is also a social worker with a private therapy practice dedicated to supporting men to open up about mental illness and disability. Simon is passionate about men's mental health because he has also experienced mental illness (OCD, depression, anxiety, burnout) over 30 years and it took him 20 years to finally get the help he needed. This year marks 10 years since he first got help for mental illness, and he loves sharing his story to inspire other men to share theirs. In this episode we go into depth about the struggles men face with mental health and the impacts it has on our kids. Dad Up!
