EP 163: Randy Smith and Rob Natale - Helping medical professionals buy back their time and expand their wealth Rob Natale is the Founder of North Square Capital, a privately held real estate investment firm in Boston, Massachusetts.  He spent numerous years at Columbia Threadneedle Investments, a prominent global asset management company. During this time, he collaborated with financial advisors and their teams, overseeing assets ranging from $20 million to over $3 billion. However, he couldn't help but notice that these highly successful teams operated in isolation. They rarely shared new ideas or strategies that could benefit a more sophisticated audience, like several of his relatives who dedicated their lives to medicine; he saw how the financial services industry poorly served them. He soon discovered a financial secret: his mission is to help medical professionals buy back their time, expand their wealth, and redirect their funds from Wall Street to Main Street through passive real estate opportunities. Rob graduated Magna Cum Laude with a Bachelor's Degree in Finance from the University of Rhode Island, and he also obtained his Graduate Certificate in the Advanced Study of Management from Northeastern University. He currently resides in Boston, Massachusetts, and in his free time, he enjoys spending time with his family, especially his three little nieces.
