Zo goes to LA to check out the homes there. He's looking at the neighborhoods, checking out the crime stats and investigating the night life. He had heard about a recent break-in at a hoity-toity neighborhood, but that no one was seriously hurt. There are rumors going around, though, that the cop who caught the suspect had beaten the ever living crap out of the guy. That same cop also seems to be hanging around that same neighborhood an awful lot lately. One can't help but wonder if that corner of utopia is actually as safe as they say; people keep saying that the house alarm at one of the houses keeps sounding off. Are there more break-ins or false alarms? And why does that cop keep hanging around on his off time?
