Tyler started his Real Estate journey in 2015 with single family homes and small multi family apartments. This started as he was obtaining his Mechanical/Electrical Engineering Degree from the University of Wyoming. Tyler worked as an Engineering Manager for 4 years while he built and expanded his real estate portfolio. In 2020 the focus grew and shifted to Self Storage, RV and MH Parks, STRs, Multifamily, Car Washes, Third Party Asset Management and business acquisition. Soon after, in 2023 he went full time real estate.  Tyler has $50MM in assets under management and has raised over $10MM in capital, building and structuring his portfolio with many different beneficial and creative partnerships.
