For any listeners that have been waiting for a pirate episode, today is your lucky day! We're talking about notorious French buccaneer and really terrible person, Francois l'Olonnais. He was great at torturing and killing the Spanish, and taking plunder. So much so he even got a pretty badass nickname (which you'll learn in the episode of course). Hopefully you're not expecting those fun heroic movie type pirates though, because turns out real pirates weren't at all like that. Enjoy!
