As a toddler, her family moved to St. Louis, Missouri. Realizing her talent for music at age 5, she started singing for the St.Louis Children's choir. She also participated in school choir. At age 15, she started her decade long journey singing soprano for Neo-Jazz/Gospel group G.E.M ARTIST. Sapphire has toured with G.E.M. all over the country fueling her desire to venture out as her own artist. In January of 2021, Sapphire released her debut single "Distraction", which was critically acclaimed receiving an overwhelming amount of positive reviews. Since then, Sapphire has released two more singles (Dumb For You & Love Don't Change) solidifying her spot in this new generation of R&B/Soul music. With an EP coming soon, Sapphire urges fans, old and new, to follow her to the top!"
