Ep 169: How to Lead Up

Did you ever think that you could fully commit to be a better leader if only your superior is not in the way? Or you can be able to showcase your leadership effectively but you're being hampered by someone above you? But, stepping into the being of a leader has nothing to do with them changing in any way. Leading up starts with us taking responsibility and not letting ourselves off the hook and we'll discuss it all in today's episode!   Leading up is an essential aspect of being a leader. In today's conversation, we'll highlight the ways on how to lead up and take accountability on ourselves as I'll tackle the common misconceptions and what it actually means to lead up. I'll also share why we should release the right to hold expectations, to blame those above us, and let them be the reason in order to empower our leadership.
