Ep 17 - From Tobacco to Tech with Brooke Markevicius

Sometimes life takes us in different directions whether it’s a career change, a move, or journeying down a different path of self-discovery. In this episode I talk all about my own journey from my North Carolina roots to being a co-founder of a tech start-up. We can all learn so much from the places we travel and the people we meet along the way. Each part of our journey is a piece of our story; a piece of the puzzle just waiting to be put together. Every community has something to offer and an opportunity for you to leave your mark in some way. My roots began in the Carolinas where my relatives farmed tobacco, and here I am years later returning to those roots and bringing my company back to the place where it all began. It is my hope that this episode resonates with whatever season of life you are in--whether you’re going through a move yourself or trying to create stability for your family.
