We all fall prey to it, getting sucked into instagram tapping and thinking: "why are they more ___ than me?" I go over my own experience with comparison and how I overcame it with actionable steps to avoid it from the start, and how to get past it once you find yourself comparing. It's going to happen, start recognizing when you start to compare yourself & stop it before it goes too far.
