Ep. 17 – Jeffery Self and Patrick McDonald
from Show Archive – The Dinner Party Show
This ain’t Bel Ami! Christopher and Eric detail absurd acts of homophobia in Eastern Europe. Fairly imbalanced newsman Breck Artery delivers a report from Vatican City about the Pope’s hasty exit. A shocking announcement about next year’s Oscar ceremony. Also, Christopher makes his first truly stupid on air-blunder before this week’s special guests save the episode. Jeffery Self, the handsome and hilarious comedian, talks about his bestselling new book, 50 SHADES OF GAY. His boyfriend, “Bravoholic,” Patrick McDonald comes out swinging on behalf of Lisa Vanderpump and all the Real Housewives. Christopher and Eric duke it out with Patrick over scripted versus reality television. Jeffery tries to keep the peace with champagne while fending off an avalanche of interruptions by Special Correspondents, including Twan “Queen of the Stars” and relationship “expert” JoNell Samms. Critic-at-large Jordan Ampersand calls in to answer for his sins after causing disaster during The Dinner Party Show Oscar Special. And heterosexual physical trainer Jason Bitters wants you to shut up and do cardio. Bottoms up!
