About Joe Lara: Joe began his 24-year military experience as a code breaker for the National Security Agency and the Department of Defense. During the last ten years of his military training, he trained and deployed alongside Navy Seals Teams. There he performed a highly technical role in conducting combat operations serving next to some of the most elite people on the planet in some of the most hostile environments imaginable. Today, he is the Vice President of Programs and Curriculum at the Honor Foundation, a non-profit organization that specializes in helping special operations veterans transition into civilian life. Joe is also the Founder of Find the X, where he helps individuals find clarity and alignment in their work and life.
