More about Shelby Shelby Dye is a Girl Scout from Oklahoma City and has been a Girl Scout for 12 years. As a Girl Scout, Shelby earned her Bronze, Silver, and Gold award. She led her troop as a youth leader for 6 years and was the secretary of the adult leadership for 3 years. Shelby also created a flag team for her troop. She plays the flute and is a varsity tennis player. Shelby also plays handbells for her church and is an avid volunteer. She was a drum major for her school for 2 years, and was head drum major her senior year.
