Ep. 170 - सरल भगवद् गीता अध्याय 18 (उपसंहार - संन्यास की सिद्धि) श्लोक 55 || Bhagavad Gita Simplified Chapter 18 (The Perfection of Renunciation) - Verses 55 || 25/01/2023

In the previous verse, it is said that knowledge leads to the highest devotion; and here it is said that devotion helps to know the Lord in truth, what He is, and who He is. Therefore it is perfectly clear that devotion and knowledge sustain and strengthen each other mutually. The perfect knower of Brahman is also the perfect Bhakta, and the perfected Bhakta is also the sage of supreme wisdom.  The fruit of bhakti is jnyaana. Jnyaana emerges as bhakti ripens. Bhakti purifies the mind of all impurities, which eliminates the idea of identity or separation between the seeker and the outside world. The seeker unites with Ishvara after realizing that his self and Ishvara’s self are one and the same and that “asi” in “tat tvam asi,” “you are that,” means “you are that.”  - Send in a Voice Message - https://anchor.fm/spirituallearningpodcast/message
