As an adult, I struggled to create meaningful friendships. I got married and had kids very young, unlike any of my friends from high school or college. And then I moved across the country where I didn’t know anyone. I felt lonely for most of my 20s, while at home with babies and toddlers. Friendships looked so easy for everyone else, and I couldn’t figure out what was wrong with me.  The first life coach I ever worked with helped me learn how to build meaningful, real friendships as an adult.
