WIFWY is an epic Tool that came to Tah in one of his middle of the night information episodes. It is an awesome acronym that is highly helpful with assessing a person's SITUATION which is the first part of our S.T.A.T.E.=S assessment that is foundational for ALL of our coaching methods. It goes through the different possibilities of ease through disease in a quick question WIFWY? What Is F With You? What Is Fun/ Functional / Funky / F*cking With You? "Fun" is Easy "Functional" is a person's flow that is working, may or may not be fun "Funky" is when something is wonky or not very easy "F*cking" with is when something is DISeasy (Can be swapped out for "Freaking with" if the language doesn't sit well with you) One question, AWESOME tool.
