Ep. 173 – Rabid

Episode 173: The Crew’s is running from zombies or vampires (they’re not sure) as they discuss David Cronenberg’s Rabid. It’s an earlier Cronenberg film, and you can see the building blocks of his best work. Rabid, along with George Romero’s The Crazies, influenced the zombie genre with the outbreaks having originated from a virus or drug. The film’s low budget does show and who knew David Cronenberg worked with porn stars. Maybe that last part isn’t surprising. Christopher M.
