He is also the Co-Founder and President of Rooted Friends Project. Rooted Friends Project is a black and latinx founded 501c3 nonprofit. The mission of the Rooted Friends Project is to enrich the lives of underrepresented children by providing access to resources in career services, sports and fitness, nutrition, the arts, childcare, mental health, cultural development, outreach and inclusivity. Shaun is also the creator and host of the podcast Straight Up with Shaun. The podcast consist of unfiltered conversations of mostly urban and domestic topics with people from all walks of life.
