You need to make sure you're taking care of all your clients, even the ones in the background Overcoming the discomfort in asking people to introduce you to others in their circles and asking people for help How to make the onboarding process as efficient as possible  The importance of team emails, even if it’s just you  “So often what happens is we quit paying attention to the things that are working. So it’s like 'I’m going to go back and I’m going to do this and I’m going to do this and this.' No. We know what works, and we just want to keep doing that over and over. One of the biggest things I teach in our Infinity program is building a really boring business, and what that really looks like is getting very clear about what works, and doing nothing else besides that. Like literally nothing else besides that, because we already know what works and now we just want to pour fire and fuel on that over and over.
