Buggs Buddies was the original East LAVW club .A car club founded in east LA by the Chacon brothers. William Noguera was the Sgt. At arms. We briefly spoke about him on the podcast with VW Kidd. Wiliam is an author, Artist, podcaster & Co Host on Deathrow diaries a podcast from deathrow. He was one of the originators of the cal-style look with its origins in Low-Riding influanced VW Buggs. Mostly Rag tops or convertables. William liked them fast. He was hired on to work at Mikeys Precision VW he started building engines. He & the Buggs Buddies would hit Whitter Boulivard and the clubs in the late 70's early 80s. The club was notorius for a reason find out why.
