Well, I took our advice and did exactly that with social media! What?! I felt the pull for a while now to step away from social media altogether. Social media just hasn't been as enjoyable (probably because of all the ads I see rather than fun pictures of my friends), but it also can be so distracting. You think you'll go on for five minutes only to realize it's been more than an hour, and you're now behind. So, after feeling the pull for a while and feeling God was leading me out, I shut it off. It's a hiatus. I haven't deleted anything, I just walked away. For how long? I'm not sure. Six months for sure. Maybe 12 months. Maybe forever. Time will tell on that part. But...
