Episode 18.  In this episode Ulland and Jo review Accurate Expression of Emotion.  They also review primary, secondary, and tertiary emotions. Two examples are given with sadness as the primary emotion.  In the examples, shame and anger are the secondary and tertiary emotions experienced. Validation is also important within an emotionally safe relationship so that accurate expression of emotion can occur.
