Cette semaine, sur Graphic Matter, j’ai le plaisir de recevoir Edition Studio.  Edition Studio c’est Victoire Coyon et Adrien Menard qui se rencontrent pendant leurs études à Paris et qui aujourd’hui, sont installés à New York. J’ai retenu de cette conversation la manière particulière qu’ils ont de créer une relation avec leurs clients, leur volonté de proposer un langage visuel plus qu’une identité, une représentation non figée, évolutive avec le temps parce qu’on sait bien que le client va bidouiller, composer, s’approprier la proposition.  Dans leur travail, Victoire et Adrien recherchent la simplicité, prennent leur temps, voir le perdent un petit peu pour questionner et améliorer toujours la spontanéité. Enfin, ils tirent leur inspiration de la rue et dans la ville de New York, je vois très bien pourquoi.
