Ep 18 - Michigan's Haunted Mackinac Island | Todd Clements

We chat with our friend Todd Clements, who owns "Haunts of Mackinac," the first and only ghost tours allowed on this historic island. He's also the author of Haunts of Mackinac and Haunts of Mackinac: The Next Chapter. This place is super unique and special. There are no cars allowed except for a couple emergency vehicles. Around 500 people live there through the winter, the rest are droves of tourists in the spring, summer and fall. After a lot of hard work, Todd Clements dug up the ghost stories and legends and got an island, reluctant to embrace it's haunted history, to allow ghost tours after the recession hit tourism hard.
