Hi we're back and yes it's a week late. Yes it's my bad, I don't know how but I just miss read a calendar as you do... Or maybe that's just me. In todays episode we talk about Corn whisk(e)y, The different requirements unique to this category of American Whisk(e)y and we even take a look at the Balcones distillery in Texas. Because why not? The whiskey we try is Balcones' Baby blue corn and Luke reveals he has a penchant for chowing down on those raw husks. Public opinion be damned!
