Don't just accept it. If you hate your job and you try as hard as you can to accept it, change it. So that's where I went with that. And I knew that you were unhappy there, but I was too.

So we just have to figure out because we both are go with the flow people. And we both are the type of people that don't fight each other on their decisions. Like I could do whatever you wanted and I would be okay with it. And if I wasn't, I'd let you know.

And same with me, right? I would also let you know if you took a decision that I didn't agree with. And I feel like I do. And I feel like in the supermarket today, I expressed that.

Something about the bananas or deciding on the bananas. And something about, no, no, no, we'll go with this, we'll go with these, right? And for me, I'm like, fuck it. That's fine with me.

Perfect. Buy the bananas. And that mattered to me. And that's why I expressed that.

But if, but if you wanted to counter that, then I would be like, okay, let's talk about it, right? So then that's how I, like, I feel like that comes naturally to me. If I don't agree, then I'll tell you Me too. Yeah, exactly.

So that's why I think that, that if we are presented with a question, one of us, whoever that is, and for whatever reason, that whoever is given the question, that that person takes the decision and that we then intuitively, naturally, automatically, either one accepts whatever the decision is, if we don't, if it doesn't matter, because one, either that, I wanted also to say something about that. Then if you already took the decision, then I can tell you that I want to do it differently, right? Right. And I have to be open to not being offended that you didn't like my decision because I didn't ask you.

Right. And that eliminates the scenario in which you pass on something to me that doesn't, like literally doesn't matter. And if you chose the table that was inside or outside the restaurant, and I didn't fucking care and you didn't fucking care, but you took the decision, then that was a step less that I had to go, you know? So the quicker we take the decision that doesn't matter, whoever we are or whoever is the person that takes the decision, then, then that's great, right?

And that we, yeah, as I said, like we have to automatically, um, trust your judgments. And two, if I didn't like or you didn't like the decision, then we would let each other know. Right. And we have to trust each other that we would do that.

Right. You have to trust me that if you take a decision that I don't like, I'll let you know. And I have to trust that if you are accepting of my decision that I just made, that must mean that you don't give a shit. Exactly.

And that is fine with you. Yep. Or if I don't comment or you don't comment on it, then that means that I was thumbs up. Okay.

That's a good way to do it. Perfect. Hey guys, welcome to this 18th episode of the Daily Unpacking. When did you take that off?

Three minutes ago. Three minutes ago. Oh crap. What crap?

We had a great conversation. Yeah, that is cool. We did. That's why I put it on.

I wanted to put it on earlier, but we're talking about sex. So it's all that. We were talking about how good I am. Yep.

And how good it is. Okay, we can stop that. The only thing I'm seeing is like a grandma sitting in the sailboat rocking back and forth. Hi grandma.

Hi Dan. Oh, Steve said that he's a regular listener too. What's up, Steve? Oh, hey Steve.

I appreciate you listening, man. Today we've had a really good day again. We woke up and actually a little bit late. Well, you woke up at like seven.

I was up at 6 50. To poop. To poop. I pooped twice this morning in like in a matter of an hour.

Well, we've been eating really healthy lately and your body's trying to adjust. I pooped brick the first time and then it was a little bit, but we don't want to talk about that. And then we got breakfast. We did some meditation.

We've been doing really good on our meditating. We've been meditating every, every since the day. Well, there's a couple of days where we haven't done it. Like when we moved the day we moved to hotels.

Yeah, I wanted to have that as a weekly segment on our vlog. Us meditating? Yeah, no, like, uh, yeah, us meditating and then um talking about it later and how we felt because we did that this morning. I was like, fuck, I should have been recording this because we had a good conversation after meditation on how we feel and how we, what we think and how we like pull ourselves back to the sensation of the breath and stuff like that.

Right. So that would be cool. Yeah, that is cool. That might help other people who are struggling too.

And then what else did we do this morning? We stretched, meditated, and then went shopping. Yeah. Because we only had 230,000 rupiah, which is about uh $10, right?

2,000 and 30. 230,000. It is uh $16. So it's $16.

We had $8 a day, today and tomorrow. To eat. So we decided to not go to any restaurants today because that's a little bit more expensive than going to a supermarket and getting food and just. Because most of the hostels around here don't have a kitchen.

So we happened to score one of the few around here that has a fridge in the room. It's a little mini fridge. So we were able to get things that we could keep cold. Yep.

And that's great. So we got some sandwich uh ingredients and some, some ramen noodles. And we even have a little bit extra money for tomorrow if we want to go out for lunch. Yeah, we do.

Like 69,000. Yeah, we have about 70,000. Yeah. Perfect.

Uh, and then we came home and then I showered and then you did the $1.80 strategy out in the sun. Yeah, there's a really beautiful like rooftop garden at this uh homestay. So it's like people live here in this big home and then it have five extra rooms that have their own outdoor entrance um that they rent out to, to travelers. So it has this, it's just this big outdoor like house area.

And they have this beautiful rooftop garden that overlooks the jungle river that flows right by this. It's beautiful up there. And we saw monkeys out there on the roof. Yeah, there was monkeys today.

I forgot about the monkeys. That was cool, man. There, there are four dogs that live at this house and we could hear the dogs like go crazy. And we, we knew that that must mean there were monkeys around.

So we got to see some on the roof. That was pretty cool. Yeah, it was really cool. And then we uh started making, cause we wanted to do one thing or at least two things these past few days.

And one of them was go through all our YouTube videos and titles and change it and make it a little bit prettier and better. And then we also were told that we need to make a donation page, like a GoFundMe. And we thought that at the very beginning, we still were in Norway that we wanted to do that. But then we decided against it.

And then one of my friends texted me and said that he would love us to make one because he wanted to donate money. And then we decided to spend today to do that. So we wrote the script after we came home. Well, actually we ate a little bit.

We wrote the script and then we recorded the video and then we edited the video. And then we took the whole day. The entire freaking day. And we edited it and we posted it and then we made the GoFundMe and then we published the GoFundMe.

And after that, we just chilled out and did our thing. Yeah. So if you're interested in checking out our GoFundMe page, you don't have to donate. Of course, we would appreciate that.

But if you just wanted to share it to the people that you know, the link is in my Instagram page. I think we already have people that donated. Steve being one of them. Shout out, Steve.

Shout out, Steve. Yo, Steve. Mad props. Mad, mad props.

Mad props. And yeah, we definitely would love you to share. And if you want to donate, that would obviously be the best. And we would love you for that.

We made a video, like I said. It's 15 minutes long. So please take the time to listen to that. It explains our story.

We get a lot of questions about like, why didn't we just split up or what the heck are we doing here? Which we feel like we talk about a lot, but maybe we didn't make it clear enough. So we have a 15-minute video at the top of our GoFundMe that truly explains like our passions and what we're doing here and how we got here. So if you're interested to check that out and share that with the people that you know, we'd be appreciative.

And then we are probably gonna plan our day for tomorrow. A couple of things that we need to get done. We have two days left here, right? We have tomorrow and the day after.

Or we have tomorrow and we leave the day after
