EP 18: The Gift In Every Challenge with Guest Stacey Uhrig
from Fempreneur True Confessions Podcast · host Fempreneur True Confessions
Angelic met Stacey at a book club in January of last year and they hit it off and decided to connect outside of the book club. The rest is history. Stacey is a Certified Trauma Recovery Coach and has been pivotal in Angelic's recovery from past trauma. She educates on what developmental trauma is and how it shows up in adulthood (keeping you stuck!). She helps people understand narcissism and how intergenerational trauma plays a role in our lives, identifies patterns and core beliefs developed in childhood, and teaches them how to FLIP those beliefs as adults leading to more peace, joy, and connection. Stacey also hosts her own podcast, This Meaningful Life, based on the concept that "Everyone has a story. It's your unique, personal story that makes your life meaningful." During our episode with Stacey, we talked about why she became a trauma coach, what trauma is, the gift in every challenge and purpose in all pain, going back and finding her authenticity, and why she believes that our experiences are divinely designed for us. She also offered a FREE 75-Minute Coaching Session!
