Ep 18: The Therapist Episode - Dr Nancy

Hi hi hi! On this episode of Wild Voice I introduce you to someone who has been one of the amazing humans on my behind the scenes healing team; my therapist Dr Nancy. She has a Ph.D in clinical psychology, masters degree in marriage and family systems and practices as a life coach. She is the perfect balance of knowing all of the science to back up why we do the things the way we do and the understanding and ability to mesh her life experience and spirituality with the individual.I started having sessions with Dr Nancy just a few days after my big life shift. Her and I have gone from weekly sessions to now once a month check ins. She's able to allow you the space and acknowledgement to move through just about anything and leave with some tools and new ways of navigating life to assist on that magical healing journey. We've tackled all sorts of topics over the years, from grief, trauma, loss, parenting, dating, relationships, emotions, the masculine and feminine, etc. etc. etc. If her walls could talk...We talk about some big topics that have not only been asked by some of you, but things I have felt have been fascinating and eye opening for me as well.
