[00:04:32] And you know what that did? It got them alkaline. Yeah. So, you know, Bickett back in the day, I didn't know any of this stuff was it seemed like magic to me, but it really was. And it turned out to be a keep thing throughout. Everybody that was successful had an alkaline diet and are certain supplements you can throw in there to help that. I mean, baking soda and water is my favorite drink. Yeah, yeah, yeah. In this after every meal, forget about it. [00:04:58][25.5][00:05:37] And the key is basically not but sitting because that's what kills you. You don't have cancer, you have acidosis, you don't have diabetes, you don't have Crohn's, you don't have all these diseases. They name them. You have acidosis, your acidic because of what you eat, drink and think, yeah, so if you can change that and that terrain is the train theory and this is perfect timing for what's going on with this nonsense, with the masks and it's all B.S. I'm sure you guys know I know your wife's a big warrior against this kind of stuff. And that's another thing I do, too. [00:06:09][32.3][00:06:46] And so the I'm curious in regards to the the alkaline diet. So what have you seen? I mean, what kind of cancers? I know you worked on your skin cancer and then also you believe you had like prostate cancer and you went alkaline and that disappeared as well. So what does this look like? I mean, what is being alkaline looked like and what would a person do? [00:07:10][23.6][00:09:23] You know, when my one friend calls himself the electrician, you know, and he's a doctor. Will Will Smith will I'm going to forget now under pressure. But yeah, because we're electrical. So he calls himself an electrician and we just want to get the body flown. And we do that with donating electron foods. The dark green crucifix. If you eat a steak or sugar or anything like that, it takes electrons from you, which means it takes your life force away. [00:09:45][22.0][00:12:52] And the this though, it's your reserves I guess, your alkalinity reserves. So if you are most people with cancer right now, we'll have a five, five and a half, maybe a six average is six point to six point three I think. And we want seven point two to seven point four. So so even even your saliva, you want to have some pointed to some point for if you can get there, because that means that you have reserves. So if you suddenly were to have a chocolate bar, well, you've also got a bunch of alkalinity into you, too. Yeah. Probably slaughtering this scientifically the way Robert would explain it, but I think layman's terms close enough. [00:13:31][39.0][00:17:20] Yeah, so that's that's you'll start getting flu like symptoms if you're cleaning your stuff out and then you just lay off a little bit, you know, don't be so intense. But I don't recall having that too badly. And but I do remember because I went when I had the prostate thing, I wasn't messing around because, boy, they take that away from you. [00:17:40][20.3][00:20:59] Ah, good, you know, it's amazing what kind of cancers have you seen? I work with a lot of cancer patients and you turn them around and made them focus on clean, clean thinking, our alkaline thinking and also our eating. [00:21:17][17.6][00:21:17] So every cancer you can think of, I could think of the bad ones to one of my buddies. He's still alive and he's got the pancreatic cancer. And most people don't last two years for that. If you last two years, you're called a five percent or two percent or something, because that's how many people make it to years when you have pancreatic cancer. And he's basically been doing the alkaline thing and he also does starvation diet. Sometimes he tells me that he can feel when the cancer is growing and he'll just stop eating, period, and then his body eats the cancer. Yeah, that's just his own personal technique. I don't know about it myself. I know that what I backup is all Dr. Young's stuff and all Dr. Pronovost. And that's again, just to get out. Going. [00:21:56][38.7][00:25:42] But I had to go there, had to find out really who's who's doing this. I'm a I was a bouncer, you know, you know, over the years and security and VIP. And so I'm a security guy at heart. You know, I always wanted to be a police officer, so I just I don't like bullies. [00:25:57][15.2][00:26:47] Yeah, yeah, man. I'm like the only see you. So that was the end of my Hollywood career. Yeah. But the good thing is I well, I was to be an actor. I met Cynthia and she taught me how to meditate and how to cure cancer. And the rest is history. This is my other book I recommend people get. This is sort of the SUV version of the Bible. It's big. It's got Dr. Bernado in here. It's got it's got the marijuana cannabis. It's got everything you can think of. And then recently I did this one alkaline. [00:27:20][32.8][00:29:27] So with that mask, you have people when they take it, I mean, after they activate it, when using them, the citric acid or vitamin or lemonde or something like that, if they take too much, they get extremely nauseous and they get diarrhea and all these. So we're just a mess plain without using activator. You don't have that those reactions. [00:29:48][20.9][00:31:45] Viagra is the side effect, you don't take it for that, you take it so you don't get heart attacks or strokes or anything because it cleans everything out, basically. Yeah, but it's like a natural virus. So that's one of my favorites, Elhaj. [00:31:58][13.0][00:32:28] So you take a couple of hours a day and then the four salts. Well, they all look the same in the bottles anyway, for salt is the same as baking soda, but there's three more salt. It's sodium bicarbonate, potassium bicarbonate, magnesium chloride and calcium chloride because we the salts that we don't run on meat and all that stuff, we run on chlorophyl oil, water and salt. [00:32:56][27.9][00:34:22] So sad. I lost my berries. I mean again cheat days. Do whatever you want. Ice cream on a cheat days. But here's the only fruits you're allowed. I'll just give it to you right now. Yeah. Watermelon. Not sure why, but that one's OK. Great fruit. Avocado and tomato sauce. [00:34:45][22.6]  ____________________________________RESOURCES FROM DR.
