Ep 180: Growth vs. Transformation

What's the distinction between growth and transformation?   Growth and transformation often get used interchangeably. Most people do not have these two concepts distinguished, and consequently, they end up calling and relating to their growth as transformation. Although there's nothing sort of morally wrong about that, what it does is it ends up denying them the capacity to really go after what they want, if what they want is transformation. It also puts them in a position where they can end up frustrated because they're trying to use growth to create results that are transformational in nature.    As the terminology becomes more widespread, it is important for individuals, businesses, and organizations to gain a better understanding of the differences between growth and transformation and their significant distinctions that can be leveraged to better accomplish your objectives.     So, how do we tell the difference between the two?    Listen and gain some perspective!
