He is the owner and president of ADC Wastewater Engineering, a company that specializes in designing wastewater treatment systems for rural communities and small towns, which are typically underserved by larger engineering firms. His passion for transforming the way engineering is done shows up in all aspects of his thriving firm. Aside from his professional work, Rocky writes songs and stories that are powerful and emotive.
