Ep. 182 - Lyme, And Why Bacteria Clean Up The Mess

Asked for a treatment for Lyme disease, Dr. Lodi says he does not like the word diagnose. He calls it "a word of sorcery", closer to a curse than a description, because the name then becomes the focus of a life, and he puts chronic Lyme in the same bracket as long COVID.That answer is the longest block of the show, and most of it argues germ theory has the order backwards. He describes the Lyme organism as a corkscrew shaped spirochete he says takes a dark field microscope to see, and says finding it would still not prove it caused anything. Bacteria do turn up in an abscess, but on his account "they're there cleaning it up. That's their job." From there it runs to Koch's postulates, Bechamp against Pasteur, what he calls Rockefeller medicine, and why he thinks nobody knows anything beyond their own perception. On top of whatever a person takes to kill something off, he recommends what he gives for everything: cleansing, juices, colon hydrotherapy, movement, biological dentistry, early nights and a short daily eating window.The rest runs through which iodine to put on a breast lump, where he calls the povidone iodine used to sterilize skin for surgery the wrong product and points instead to Lugol's solution and the brand Iodoral, while telling the listener that iodine is only one thing, not a program on its own; whether grounding has to be on grass, where his answer is any earth at all, sand, soil or a tree, nothing man made; a listener who says they feel something moving inside them and have been laughed at by doctors, which becomes his account of parasites inside the body against ones under the skin; and a gallbladder impacted with stones and sludge, where stones form, he says, the way salt drops out of water that can hold no more. The last question, whether someone on heart medication can do a parasite cleanse, he turns into what the liver already has to clear.
