Tom Kinney is a staple in the Crescent city VW scene. Originally from Hawaii He's been building VWs since he was 14. His first runner was a fast super beetle running in the 12's. Tom is the epitome of the Aloha spirit. His frendly style and enthusiasim for the VW scene is evedent when you meet him. Hes been running with the fast 4 cartel not only drag racing but also the Kinney Cafateria. Tom helps out the food for the weekend.
