Ep.186 - Broken Sword (PC)

from This Game Where · host thisgamewhere

"Paris in the fall, the last months of the year, at the end of the millennium..." So begins the first Broken Sword game (AKA The Shadow of the Templars AKA Broken Sword 1), this game where George Stobbart avoids death in a bomb blast at a café in a trap set by a clown then decides to find out what on earth caused this to happen, triggering all manner of point and clicking around Paris, Ireland, Syria and other locations. It's held in very high regard by all, and both Ashley and Chris have great memories of the game, so give it a listen to find out whether it holds up!
