This week Coach Brendan Suhr is joined by Kevin McGuff, Head Coach of the Ohio State women's basketball team. McGuff’s 18-year head coaching career consists of nine years at Xavier University (214-73) and two years at the University of Washington (41-26) before arriving in Columbus. He holds a .700 overall winning percentage with a career mark of 413-177. In this episode Coach McGuff shares how he is making the most of this time of crisis to develop his game and learn from other coaches at all levels, his time as an assistant coach at Notre Dame learning from the legendary Muffet McGraw and how that experience prepared him for his first head coaching position at Xavier, the importance of taking the time to develop young coaches, how he sees the women's game continue to grow as well as several offensive and defensive trends he is seeing in today's game.
