Leo and Julia have a very raw and candid conversation with Sue Jacquot.  Sue lost her adult son Nick.  It shattered the world they knew.  Sue shares her experience with continuing to grieve her son and how she found a path out of the grief keeping her from living life.Sue has done extensive work with David Kessler, who developedthe seven NEEDS of the GRIEVING which are:1. The grievers story needs to be witnessed. Grievers need to express their emotions.2. Community. Big or small, a group, really supportive friends, other grievers, a grief coach.3. Continued connection to their loved one. Say their name, honor their memory, maintain a connection.4. Grief does not define you. Goal is to be able to remember with more Love than Pain. 5. Self Care. 6. Do not compare. Grieve at your own pace.7.
