This week we are diving into the conversation of using positive language and affirmations. How do you talk to yourself, is it with love, kindness and compassion or is it with self-loathe and low self-worth. When we understand that positive language has an impact on our overall health and well-being we can then make impactful change. I also talk about Dr Emoto and share how his books share a similar theme in that when water is exposed to positive language, music, images it forms into beautiful crystals, yet when it is exposed to negative language, loud heavy metal music and ugly images, it turns into exactly that!
