    Ever felt like you’re playing different versions of yourself depending on who’s watching, who's listening? In this episode, we dive into the powerful idea that life isn’t just something we live—it’s something we perform.We gently explore the idea how everyday interactions mirror a stage, where we shift roles, manage who we are, depending upon who's there watching.But, performance is exhausting; it disconnects usfrom what we really feel and need. Authenticity? It’s messy, quiet, uncomfortable at first—yet so freeing.Are you showing what's true or just what you want others to see. My advice is this: Start small: pause before saying yes, allow yourself one moment of real honesty, even if it feelsrisky. Because real belonging begins when we stop performing and start being. Remember:You don’t need to earn your worth—you already have it. Maybe this week, instead of trying to be better, just get real with yourself. Dancing and being free in the moment allows us to come into our selves. How do you talk to yourself, is it with love, kindness and compassion or is it with self-loathe and low self-worth. When we understand that positive language has an impact on our overall health and well-being we can then make impactful change. I also talk about Dr Emoto and share how his books share a similar theme in that when water is exposed to positive language, music, images it forms into beautiful crystals, yet when it is exposed to negative language, loud heavy metal music and ugly images, it turns into exactly that!     Episode 9: Holistic Health

    This week we dive into Holistic Health, what it is and how you can use it in your day to day life. How do you navigate health in this current world of wellness with the vast and overwhelming amount of infinite information. We explore how holistic health is the method by which we are treating the whole person – by considering their mental, emotional and social factors, rather than the physical factors and the symptoms of the illness alone. Now this topic is a very big one, and my conversation today is about bringing holistic health matters to the surface, bringing about some awareness if you are not familiar with this form of health and wellbeing trajectory. My personal story which I write about in my book shares my passion for holistic health and how it healed me from an auto immune condition, and how we as a family always look at holistic health first for the answers before conventional medicine. I share some of the things I do to stay grounded, to stay centred and find inner peace. When we are grounded we can think better, we can feel better, we can make better decisions. When I am grounded, I move with ease, my body, my mind, my heart, my spirit flows with me and around me.  When we are grounded, we are centred, we can connect with love and compassion and feel fully alive.
