Ep. 19: ‘The Busy Superhuman’ Dr Sara Pugh - Use Bio-Physics To Be Superhuman & Maximise Your Health

from Being Human · host Arun Wagle

In this episode of the Being Human podcast, I sat down with ‘The Busy Superhuman’, Dr Sara Pugh. Sara is a PhD with decades of experience researching and working with molecular mechanisms, quantum biology and biophysics, amongst other scientific studies. The ultimate aim of Sara’s work is to help people thrive and be healthy, free from illness and disease. Sara emphasises protocols and practices based on principles derived from bio-physics and quantum biology to achieve this. Sara shared: - Why seasonal eating is so important and whether we should be eating carbohydrates during winter. - Whether ‘structured water’ is marketing hype or not. - Whether nicotine is in fact a ‘super nutrient’. - Whether peptides such as BPC-157 & Ipamorelin are as good they say they are, and the potential side effects of peptides. - How fair skinned people who burn easily should expose themselves to the Sun. - The importance of electricity and magnetism in human health. - The effects of different diets from vegan and ketogenic, to carnivore and Atkins. - The effects of cold exposure and sauna bathing. And much, much more. Sara has an incredibly advanced and intricate understanding of the mechanisms that affect human health. Throughout our conversation she not only delved into these mechanisms in detail, but provided actionable protocols people can use in line with the mechanisms discussed, to improve their health and vitality. There was a plethora of valuable knowledge shared from The Busy Superhuman in this episode. I do not doubt you will learn a tremendous amount in listening to Sara. ———————————————— Being Human is the brand I founded to explore what it truly means to be human: physically, mentally and spiritually.
