In life, it is crucial to have a support system. We are not designed to always be in the best mood, best circumstances, situations and so forth. There will be the mountain highs and then, we all face the valley lows. It is through the valleys, are true support systems come in and help us on the journey back up to the top of the mountain. But the great question to ask is, "How do you create a support system that will bring out the best in you?" In this podcast, we will go over what is the initial support system of our lives and how do we determine who truly is a solid support system to have and who is not. I will be talking about family and friends who, for the most part, are not the best support system when it comes to following your dreams. I wish this was not true, but through my experiences and through many ultra-successful people, they went through similar experiences like myself.I will share how to pick the right people in your life to help you achieve and actualize the greatness of who/what you have within and help you strive to the goals and dreams you want to actualize.
