Joshua Condado is a Nurse Anesthesiologist that started real estate investment company with his sister and brother in law in 2020. They focus on Manufactured housing communities and have been able to scale their company using creative finance strategies on most of their portfolio. While he enjoys administering anesthesia in the operating room, he found freedom in making income outside of the hospital. Figuring out how to make his money work for him rather than just tying his money to an hourly wage, he admits is the most valuable skill he has learned.
