Justin’s first proper recording session in over a year Derek’s new pedalboard (Catalinbread Adineko) Should we talk about the new John Mayer single? (Janus Fuzz) Apple Music with Dolby Atmos (MS Tree of Life) Some sound incredible, some sound incredibly bad. Sup with that? Thorpy Pulse Doppler ~$375 (CM Bass Drive) This is a weird one, but it’s the most exciting thing I’ve seen with regard to Phasers in a while. 4 stage phaser/vibrato sounds on board but you can get harmonic trem sounds from it too Has a manual control like a flanger, so when the depth is increased, manual sets the frequency range of the sweep Essentially two notch filters, but the Dual switch allows you to sync them or arrange them in figure 8 pattern You can also invert the phase effect which results in more hollow tones, or switch it to Pulse mode for more trem based things. Features a dry blend PRS Archon 50 (TC Viscous Vibe) Relaunched combo and amp head, this is the high gain offering from PRS Combo comes with a Celestion V-Type 6CA7 power tubes, ECC83 preamp tubes Basically EL34 power stage Ships with JJ’s Gain structure and EQ have been redesigned, generally more usable and not as gained out all the time. Now more affordable, built in Indonesia Head: $1000, Combo: $1200 We ran into an issue with the PS-5 Demo playback!
