Ep. 194 - Peter Sohn "Elemental"

Peter Sohn is the director of Pixar's latest animated film Elemental. Set in a world inhabited by anthropomorphic elements of nature, the story follows fire element Ember and water element Wade, who spend time together in the city while trying to save a convenience store owned by Ember's father, Bernie. Elemental has earned Sohn his first Oscar nomination for Best Animated Feature Film. Peter’s been with Pixar dating back to Finding Nemo over 20 years ago and has previously directed the Pixar short Partly Cloudy in 2009 and the feature The Good Dinosaur in 2015.
