Send us Fan MailOn this episode of Shaping Success with Wes Tankersley, Wes talks about his future plans for the podcast and the steps to building further success. He says this episode will be the last for this year. He is going to be changing things up with the podcast to bring the best content to the people. He wants to help people find their success and create their own success meaning. This past week, Wes was reflecting on the podcast with a friend as they discussed overthinking. Overthinking can cause people to stop what they’re doing as negative thoughts swim in creating doubt about what they are trying to achieve. Wes talks about how he creates and creates, see if it works, and puts it out there. He is finding success as he is now over 1k followers on YouTubed which gets his account monetized which then gets his page out there to more people. However, he feels it’s not growing fast enough. He is shifting his mindset by working on creating a more defined path.  His goal setting is quality over quantity. He realizes it takes time and has to be patient. He’s created a team with a set of skills to help make it happen.Wes’s key to success is never accepting where he is. He is always doing more to try to do better. The questions he asks himself are “What can I do? What do I need to change?” He talks about when he was a Phys Ed Teacher and how he didn’t like to teach the younger kids because their motor skills aren’t developed yet.  With the older kids, he can perfect their motor skills for example, teaching them how to hit a baseball better.Wes looks forward to doing more solo episodes and giving people more tools to achieve success. His final thought for this year is we can do better!  He makes sure he practices what he preaches. If people see him doing it, they will be inspired to do so too.
